His career spans the orchestration of hundreds of millions of dollars in capital projects, the stewardship of extensive facility networks, and the implementation of sophisticated physical security strategies for major institutions across the Midwest.
Before founding Only Tens LLC, Ken served as First Vice President and Director of Facilities, Security, and Purchasing at a leading financial institution, where he oversaw the construction of 15 new branches and comprehensive renovations to regional headquarters.
Prior to that, he served as Sr. Manager of Facility Services at one of the region’s largest energy providers, companies, Ken led major infrastructure initiatives and national operational consolidations.
Ken’s early career in commercial construction — culminating in his role as Vice President at Casebeer Construction — grounded him in the fundamentals of build quality, cost precision, and schedule execution. That foundation informs every consulting engagement today.
